New High-Tech Garage Floor
Time for a new look and new floor!
Garage cleaned out and ready to start the
new floor
Grinding/Sanding off the existing floor paint
- took a full day using diamond tip sander

down to bare concrete and after treating to obtain correct pH
First
coat ... a bonding/leveling agent
Top coat being applied ... heavy epoxy (U-Coat)
Final coat complete ... ready for trim colors
